A Stars unfortunately is unable to continue with this service at this point in time. 
However, we would like to bring to your attention the services provided by The Wessex Autistic Society in Dorchester. 
They will help and advise with all of the following:

Completion of DLA forms (by appointment at the office allowing up to 3 hours)
Completion of ESA forms
School Issues including exclusions and statementing
Extreme behaviour advice
Respite services
